Set a goal with a deadline

Write down what you want to achieve — be specific. "Run a 5K" beats "get fit." Give it a deadline. No deadline means no commitment.

Categories: Body, Money, Relationships, Mind, Other. Pick one. Goals with a clear category are easier to track and share with your pack.

💵

Choose your stake ($5–$100)

Pick an amount that stings if you lose it. That's the point. The stake activates the psychology — loss aversion is 2x more motivating than potential gain.

Stake tiers: $5 (Toe Dipper) · $10 (Getting Serious) · $25 (Sweet Spot, most popular) · $50 (High Roller) · $100 (All In). You pay via Stripe — secure, instant.

👥

Invite your crew (optional but powerful)

Add friends as accountability partners — they see your goal and can stake on it too. Social pressure is real. People follow through 65% of the time when a pack is watching.

Friend staking: Friends can put their own money on your success. If you win, they get their stake back. If you fail, they forfeit it. Skin in the game, both directions.

Do the work — Kodiak keeps you on track

Kodiak, your AI coach, checks in during the goal. It'll remind you of why you started and help you push through rough patches. It's not nagging — it's accountability with context.

24-hour warning: You get an email reminder 24 hours before your deadline. No surprises.

🏆

Report your result honestly

When the deadline hits, you report success or failure. Wolf Pack Goals runs on the honor system — we trust you to be honest. Your reputation in the pack is on the line.

🎉

You succeeded

Your stake is returned to your wallet. You keep your money. Your pack gets notified. The streak lives on.

💸

You didn't make it

Your stake is forfeited. That's the deal. It's supposed to sting — that's what makes the next goal mean something.

FAQ

What happens to my money if I fail?
If you report a failure (or your deadline passes without a success report), your stake is forfeited. The money does not come back. That's the mechanism — the permanence of loss is what gives the stakes their motivating power. It hurts a little, and it should.
How does the honor system work?
You self-report. We don't verify your gym visits or word count or business revenue. You know whether you did it. Your pack knows you better than any algorithm does. The honor system works because lying to yourself is the one thing the stake can't fix — and most people aren't willing to do it when real money and real friends are watching.
Can I bet on a friend's goal?
Yes — friend staking is a core feature. When a friend adds you to their pack, you can stake money on their goal. If they succeed, you get your stake back. If they fail, your stake is forfeited. It turns accountability from a vibe into a transaction. Everyone has skin in the game.
What are the stake amounts?
Five tiers:
$5Toe Dipper
$10Getting Serious
$25Sweet Spot
$50High Roller
$100All In
Most people start at $25. It's painful enough to matter but not painful enough to regret trying.
How do I get my money back when I succeed?
When you report success, your stake is credited to your Wolf Pack Goals wallet. You can use that balance to fund future goals — or request a payout back to your original payment method. Payouts are processed through Stripe and typically take 3–5 business days.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. We never store your card details — Stripe manages that entirely. Your payment data never touches our servers.
Who is Kodiak?
Kodiak is your AI coach inside Wolf Pack Goals. It knows your goal, your deadline, and your history. It checks in at the right moments — not constantly, just when it matters. When you're struggling, Kodiak reminds you why you started. When the deadline is close, it helps you figure out what's actually blocking you. It's not a chatbot. It's a coach with context.
Can I run multiple goals at once?
Yes. Your dashboard tracks all active goals simultaneously. Each goal has its own stake, deadline, and pack. A word of advice: don't overload yourself. Two focused goals beat five diluted ones.
What if I genuinely can't complete my goal due to circumstances outside my control?
Life happens. Reach out to support@wolfpackgoals.com and explain the situation. We review edge cases on a case-by-case basis. We're not trying to take your money when something genuinely unexpected happened — we're trying to take it when you just didn't try hard enough.
How does the 65% success rate work?
It's a three-layer psychology stack backed by behavioral research:

11% → Baseline New Year resolution success rate (no intervention)
33% → With financial stakes — loss aversion kicks in (3× baseline)
46% → Add written intentions — you've committed explicitly
65% → Add accountability partners — social pressure + shared stakes

Wolf Pack Goals stacks all three. That's the system.
