By using Wolf Pack Goals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Wolf Pack Goals is a goal-accountability platform where users stake money on personal goals. Stakes are held by us and refunded on successful goal completion, or forfeited on failure. We act as a neutral escrow for stakes.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Wolf Pack Goals. You are responsible for ensuring that staking money on goals is legal in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to flag or decline goals that we determine to be harmful, illegal, or frivolous. Users who repeatedly violate this requirement may have their account suspended.
Friends may contribute additional stakes ("friend stakes") to your goal. Friend stakes are separate from your own stake. If the goal succeeds, friend stakes are returned to friends. If the goal fails, all stakes are forfeited including friend stakes.
Goal completion is self-reported on the honor system. Wolf Pack Goals trusts that users report honestly. We monitor for patterns consistent with fraud. Users who abuse the system — falsely claiming completion — will have their account terminated and stake forfeited.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@wolfpackgoals.com.
Stake amounts are charged immediately upon goal creation via Stripe. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of goal completion. Wolf Pack Goals does not charge subscription fees — the only payment is your stake. Forfeited stakes are not refunded under any circumstances after a goal failure.
Wolf Pack Goals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will achieve your goals. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on your use of this service. Staking money on goals involves financial risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Pack Goals and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
